Superb location near ICC and Chinatown
Having a washing machine. Pool and hot tub.
Location is ok
Beds very comfortable and apartment great for our family. Pool and gym were popular, and the friendly staff offer pool towels. Location was good for Darling Harbour, but if you want to mainly do things in the city or at circular quay, you will do some walking or use the light rail a lot. Both are fine, just adds about 20 mins in travel each day. Staff called a taxi for us on our last day which was super easy.

Good location and friendly staff
The ease of location to Darling Harbour and into the city centre. Very clean and tidy rooms. We had a studio apartment but unfortunately didn't use the kitchenette. They had a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The bed was large with a choice of pillows. The noise of the city didn't affect our sleeping. Would definitely stay there again.
The staff were great. It’s quiet. The pool, the jacuzzi, and having a little kitchen is great.

It was a last minute arrangement, so we were glad to find something suitable for a short stay. it's an interesting conversion of a wool store with partitioned 'verandahs' in the hallways.

Prompt attention when the dishwasher developed a leak. We reported the problem to reception when we went on an outing. The dishwasher had been replaced by the time we returned a few hours later. Excellent service.
Staff were very nice, got a complimentary upgrade. Close enough to the light rail and Darling Harbour and many restaurants. Great view of the city.
The air con in the room was set to freezing cold. Absolutely hard to sleep in the room because of this.

The taps dripped non stop in the bath tub and the toilet continuously ran. The wifi was horrible! It kept disconnecting The location was great and the suite was well equipped. I think once these items are addressed, the place is so unique and nice. It just needs some TLC!
The hotel is like an old back packers, we actually checked out after spending 10 minutes in the room and went to another hotel..
